Medical Plan
Advantest America R&D Center (ARD) offers exceptional medical coverage as
provided by the thousands of doctors, hospitals, and clinics participating in
our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). And for those who prefer an
HMO, Kaiser is also available. In most cases, employees pay only a $10 co-payment
for treatment. In addition to medical care, ARD provides paid sick time, as
well as short-term and long-term disability payments.
Life Insurance
Employees receive life insurance coverage equal to three times their
annual base salary to a maximum of $300,000.
Holidays
Advantest provides a package of 11 paid holidays each year.
Vacation
Based on length of service, employees earn two to five weeks of vacation
each year.
Retirement Savings Plan
Advantest provides its employees with the best 401(k) matching anywhere by matching,
dollar for dollar, what the employee contributes to his or her 401(k) account
up to a maximum of 7% of the employee's salary. That means if an employee earns
$100,000 per year and contributes $7,000 to his or her 401(k) account, the company
will deposit an additional $7,000 into their account.
Educational Reimbursement
Advantest encourages its employees to continue learning new skills
by reimbursing them for expenses incurred while successfully completing
work-related courses.
Health Club
ARD provides its employees an opportunity to stay fit by attending the health
club of their choice. ARD will reimburse 50% of monthly health club dues up
to a maximum of $500 per year
